Description

Handwoven in the highland village of Cheshmeh Ali by Zahra Beygi, this Gabbeh rug is a quiet study in natural elegance. The main field is made from undyed, handspun organic wool, giving it a natural grey tone with soft texture and depth. A band of abrash—gentle shifts in colour—runs through the centre, the result of the weaver’s rhythm and the wool’s natural variation.

The design is minimalist yet expressive: stylised animals and sprouting forms line the border in earthy tones, while the centre remains open, drawing attention to the wool’s organic texture and undyed character. A subtle band of abrash crosses the middle, adding depth and movement to the otherwise restrained palette.

This runner is ideal for hallways, entryways, or layered interiors where soul and simplicity meet.

Each Qooch rug is one-of-a-kind, a woven diary from the hands of its maker to the heart of your space.
