Returns. If the rug is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, the reason, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We answer within one or two business days.
Return shipping is free if the rug arrived damaged or we made a mistake. In other cases the return shipping cost is yours.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the rug.
Colour. Every rug is photographed in daylight, but handspun wool changes a little with the light in your room. If you are unsure about a colour, ask us for more photos before you order.

With no pattern at all, it is all about the wool: soft, natural and calm, like a pale field under a mountain sky.
It suits Scandinavian, Japandi and minimalist living rooms, adding texture without loud colour.
