Returns. If the rug is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, the reason, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We answer within one or two business days.
Return shipping is free if the rug arrived damaged or we made a mistake. In other cases the return shipping cost is yours.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the rug.
Colour. Every rug is photographed in daylight, but handspun wool changes a little with the light in your room. If you are unsure about a colour, ask us for more photos before you order.

Knotted by hand by Karbalay Monavar in the Zagros highlands, this Persian wool rug sets bright touches of colour on a ground of undyed ivory wool, left exactly as it came from the sheep.
Its design feels strikingly modern, yet it comes from a long tradition of weavers who composed freely at the loom and counted every knot by hand.
It brings colour and lightness to Scandinavian, minimalist and mid century rooms, under a coffee table or at the foot of a bed.
